I am pleased to be able to get rid of wrinkles without ironing. You do have to put water in the unit, and then dump out any remaining water when finished. I didn't anticipate that step. The steamer does work; though ironing is more thorough. I will store it in the bathroom, and use it for touch ups. I expect I will still use my iron at times, but time will tell. I am glad to have this product.
I have owned a couple of hand-held steamers, and this is the best by far. It heats up fast, makes a lot of steam, does not drip or dribble, and can easily steam several garments before needing a water refill. It worked great on some badly wrinkled blazers (both synthetic and wool) that had been sitting in a box for a couple of months due to a cross-country move. I can't speak to longevity, since I have only used it for the first time, but if it holds up, this is definitely a winner. A great value for the price!

I picked up one of these steamers in the hopes of replacing our old school heavy iron.
No more requirements to have to pull out a clunky ironing board and then wait minutes to heat up an iron. No more risk of burns on a hot iron or damaging my clothes.
This steamer is so easy a child can use it.
Just fill the water reservoir and turn it on. No dialing in settings, just simply on or off.
After around only 15-20 seconds it indicates it's good to go.
Applying the steam to a hanging garment is easy and it quickly removed wrinkles on any shirt or pants I have so far used it on.
What I like best about this steamer is it's lightweight and portable. I've suffered through using hotel options in the past but no longer have to worry with this steamer. I can toss it in my bag on a business trip and no longer worry about wrinkles in my clothes coming out of my luggage.
Pro's:
-Very easy to use.
-Fast to heat up.
-The water tank lasts for about 6-8 garments which is plenty. No need to constantly refill.
-Lightweight / easy to take on trips
-Works well on multiple kinds of fabric.
Con's:
-Stubborn wrinkles can be harder to remove then a traditional iron. (ie. in Jeans etc.)
Overall, I'm very pleased with this steamer and recommended it to anyone in the market for something such as this.
